Die im Programm verwendeten Mineralphasen sind in zwei Tabellen gelistet (mit Angabe des thermodynamischen Löslichkeitsprodukts in Form von pKL = - log KL):

Diejenigen Minerale, welche als “equilibrium phases” in die Gleichgewichtsrechnung eingehen, sind mit einem schwarzen Punkt markiert (•). Der Benutzer kann auch andere Minerale in die Gleichgewichtsrechnung einbeziehen (oder davon ausschließen) – siehe hier.
